Job description

NOTE: Male candidates preferred as it includes field work.

Job Responsibilities:

Identifying qualifying and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.

Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and followup call questions; responding to client requests for proposals(RFPs).

Collaborating with Team Head on sales goals planning and forecasting; maintaining short and longterm business development plans.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.

Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.

Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.

Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

Attending conferences meetings and industry events.

When it comes to the challenge of actually selling Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company s products.

Developing quotes and proposals.

Negotiating and renegotiating by phone email and in person.

Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
