Role Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Lithotech Food & Spice Machinery in Mumbai. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, the person would be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services, working with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3-5 years work experience in sales and marketing within the food processing or similar industry
- Proven experience in identifying sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them, as well as in building and maintaining business relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with market research and analysis, and knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or similar CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required
- Achivements in meeting sales targets and industry certifications is a plus.
