About The Role

About the Role:
The Operations Manager is primarily focused on supporting the Strategy Head in managing day-to-day operational activities. This includes creating presentation slides, tracking projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist the Gl. Quality Strategy, Digital & PMO Head in managing daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes; Create, collect, review documents including presentations, working procedures, reports & communications
- Project Tracking: Monitor and track progress of various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives through creation and management of appropriate dashboards; Proactively taking feedback on the projects delivered, monitor and report progress.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration on handling requests to and from the PMO office
- IT Proficiency: Utilize strong IT skills/digital tools to enhance operational efficiency, including the use of project management software and other relevant tools.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them as appropriate.

- In-depth knowledge in GxP, Quality Risk Management, broad IT knowledge, continuous improvement/operational excellence
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant technical or commercial operations and business experience
- High intellectual and learning agility;
- Strong organizational & communications skills (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills coupled with curiosity to learn and able to work independently and reliably
- Superior problem solving, decision making, investigation and planning skills
- Good track record of working successfully with the global stakeholders and diverse cultures
Desirable Requirements:
- A background in Science (Pharmaceuticals, Biology, Chemistry) or Technology (Computer Science, Engineering) with advanced degree (MSc/PhD) is preferred. Relevant work experience may compensate for the educational background.
- Certifications like Product Manager, Project Management, and Six Sigma are desirable.
