Job Summary
This is a role which requires strong technical proficiency and stakeholder management. The role involves the need for the incumbent to independently manage and implement end-to-end aspects of HR Operations which include but not limited to HRIS, process Automation & payroll-T&A-benefits
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage Benefits Management, Payroll processing, HRIS (global & local systems), Internal & External HR Audits, Statutory and Labor Compliance, Policy Administration, Corporate & Local HR Programs
- Ensure 100% accuracy, timely execution and adherence to the Local Labor Laws and company policy in all the HR ops tasks
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Review and approve or modify budgets
- Design and implement company policies
- Monitor key HR metrics
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Create detailed reports on HR costs
- Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like HRIS and Payroll tools
- Address employee queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
- Prepare reports for the top management using business metrics and KPIs
- Conduct regular informal HRIS audits to ensure adherence to local statutory compliance
- Periodic review of Employee personal files and documentation and regularly communicate with the employees regarding submission of pending documents
- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and in accordance with best market practices
- Proactively work with the vendors in managing escalations from internal stakeholders
- Responsible for making decisions pertaining to change in vendors where necessary
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations associate/ Specialist or a similar role
- Good knowledge of labor law & statutory compliance and basic knowledge of taxation is preferable
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems/tools
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
Education
ยท Graduation, with a minimum of 3- 4 years of Experience in the similar profile
