Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, directing, and managing the sales team to increase revenue and market share while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Leadership: ability to lead, direct and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver results
• Revenue Management: ability to maximize sales revenue and increase market share through effective pricing and yield management
• Customer Service: a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and commitment to upholding brand standards
• Communication: effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments and teams
• Market Knowledge: in-depth knowledge of the local and regional luxury hotel services industry and market
• Negotiation and Persuasion: the skill to persuade and influence others to secure sales agreements and form business partnerships
• Organizational and Time Management: excellent organizational and time-management skills to plan, prioritize and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in Sales and Marketing roles in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Certifications such as Certified Hotel Sales Professional (CHSP) or similar are advantageous
