Role Description

This is a full-time Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary role, located on-site in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling audits, reviewing financial statements, and providing taxation compliance and advisory services to clients. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations, reviewing statutory records, and conducting internal audits. Additionally, the candidate will work in close collaboration with the senior management team to identify opportunities for business growth and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Professional degree as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary
• Working experience in accounting,auditing, taxation compliance and advisory services
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws (Income Tax, GST, Company Law and other allied laws)
• Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
