Role Overview

This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Program Manager. As a B2B Program Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and overseeing B2B marketing programs, ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, and successful delivery of digital marketing solutions. You will collaborate & work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between HSV Digital and our B2B clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Provide regular updates to clients on program progress, key milestones, and performance metrics.
• Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive client-agency relationship.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and refine program strategies aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to create comprehensive B2B marketing program plans, including digital strategies, content creation, and

campaign execution.

• Develop timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success.
• Monitor campaign performance and analytics, identifying areas for optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance program effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of campaign/program assets.
• Generate comprehensive reports on program performance, analysing key metrics and providing insights.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for future program enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Program Management
• Proven track record of delivering successful programs to clients
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute complex plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in technology marketing, advertising, or public relations preferred
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
