Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BASE24 Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a BASE24 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for BASE24 applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BASE24, possess excellent troubleshooting skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience: 6 -9 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide level 2 technical support for BASE24 applications, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
2. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to BASE24.
3. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, implementing preventive measures.
4. Perform routine maintenance tasks, bin refresh, feed file processing, KT file processing, Report generation by using TACL queries.
5. Perform PIV support post deployment of the changes.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience working with BASE24 applications and associated technologies.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
4. Knowledge of card payment systems and financial transaction processing is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
