Role: RPA Developer - UiPath Role Summary: RPA developer with 4+ years of experience in developing UiPath automations. Total experience: 8+ years Relevant experience: 4+ years Desirable: Experinece working on Document Understanding use cases Detailed Job Description Automation Development: Design and develop automation workflows and bots using UiPath Studio. Understand business requirements and translate them into functional automation solutions. Implement automation logic, including data inputs and outputs, error handling, exception handling, and integration with other systems. UiPath Platform Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other relevant components. Stay updated with the latest features, functionalities, and best practices of UiPath. Leverage UiPath's capabilities to develop efficient and scalable automation solutions. Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze existing business processes. Identify automation opportunities and evaluate their feasibility. Identify process variations, exceptions, and potential challenges. Propose automation solutions that optimize and streamline processes. Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including workflow designs, technical specifications, test plans, and deployment instructions. Document the automation logic, data flow, error handling, and integration points. Ensure that the documentation is clear, accurate, and easily understandable by other team members. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows and bots to ensure their functionality, accuracy, and reliability. Perform debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or defects. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate the automation solutions against business requirements. Maintenance and Support: Provide post-production support for deployed automation solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or failures in the automated processes. Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as version upgrades, patches, and bug fixes. Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions to automation-related issues. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with business users, process owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address concerns. Participate in meetings and workshops to understand automation needs and align them with business goals. Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Continuously enhance your UiPath skills and knowledge through self-learning, training, and certifications. Explore new features and capabilities of UiPath and assess their applicability to automation solutions. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement through automation. Suggest and implement enhancements to existing automation solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity gains. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for future automation initiatives.
