We are seeking an accomplished and self-motivated professional to join our organization as a Investment Counselor and Team Lead. In this dual-role, you will not only be responsible for managing a team of Wealth Advisors but will also actively contribute to client relationships and provide expert investment counseling services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both individual client management and team leadership within the wealth advisory sector.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Personally manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored investment advice and financial planning services.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
- Stay informed about clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and life changes to adapt investment strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of Wealth Advisors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Set and communicate performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategies for team development.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction and team productivity.
Investment Strategy and Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to formulate comprehensive investment strategies for both individual clients and the team.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of innovative investment solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, economic indicators, and emerging investment opportunities.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze individual and team performance metrics, generating regular reports for senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall team efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in investment counseling or wealth management, with a minimum of 8 Years and he/she must be currently working.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships, with a strong track record of individual contributions.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
