Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION : Duties and Responsibilities: - To carry out mill operation.
- Troubleshooting of the Mill section and coordinating with all concern departments.
- Good knowledge of SAP, PP and MS Office.
- Know safety standard & Develop safety culture in the department.
- To manage Grinding media shutdown job at site during shutdown.
- Responsible for targeted production and reducing specific power consumption and consumption.
- Knowledge of operation & maintenance of Cement Mill & efficient operation of CCR.
- Knowledge of Cement Mill Productivity & Power.
- SO, Safety, WCM implementation & knowledge.
- Knowledge of mill output & power.
- To do PMS on-time and create MDP for career Growth.
- Knowledge of SAP production reports preparation PPQM.
- Actively Participate in Shutdown activities and coordinate with various Service department to get all jobs completed as per time frame and following
- Able to control optimized operational parameters and achieve operational efficiencies. Able to independently plan and indent refractory material for Kiln annual shutdown.
Qualification : Diploma/Degree - Chemical or Cement Technology, 5- 10 years relevant experience
