Job description

Managing all the sales related activity of the Company
Identifying Customer's actual requirements based on their Technical details, with the support of concerned Product Managers.
Regular follow-up with Customers for the Offer feedback after submission.
Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Proper negotiation with Customers for finalizing the Orders, Technically & Commercially.
Managing delivery of goods and scheduling Driver considering Priority deliveries.
Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
Work on after-sales support and services
Analyse costs and sales
Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records

Important skills required:

Good communication in English
Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
Knowledge in industrial equipment, tools and hydraulics appreciated
Basic knowledge in any ERP appreciated
Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems and use good judgment
