- Client Understanding:
- Partner with client Business Heads/Function/Vertical Heads to decide on hiring strategy and fulfil requirements on time. Gaining comprehensive understanding about the customers business, recruiting needs and job requirements.
- Recruitment Cooperativities: Talent Pipeline – Candidate Database & Process
- Identify and approach active and passive candidates through internal (database) and external channels (headhunting, referral, social media platforms, portals etc.) to fill positions in a timely manner.
- Candidate Database Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines, while overseeing recruitments for all the allotted positions and showcasing the overall accountability for delivering recruitment targets.
- Candidate & Client Management
- Briefing candidates about the company, job profile, growth prospects and benefits.
- Assess candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Effectively managing the interview co-ordinations with the candidates and the hiring managers.
- Joint Meeting with Team Leaders if required
- Salary negotiation - follow ups and hand holding of the selected candidates to ensure successful integration in the client organization.
- Monthly Report Submission
- Submission of Monthly reports and Monitoring on hiring through reports. Should generate a periodic MIS on order book, projections, key hiring metrices, and closure reports.
Profile Requirement
- Hands on experience on managing recruitments on different mediums and for different industry sectors
- Basic understanding of excel, word, and PowerPoint & Email Tools.
- Effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping internal & external stakeholder informed about entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the client hiring requirement and internal business requirements.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
