Tele callers' jobs has become a vital part of many of the businesses or companies and is in demand in distinct parts of the country. We want Tele callers to generate leads, to increase sales, and therefore to generate revenue for the company. Tele calling job does not end with calling potential customer but expected to perform certain operations or paperwork to keep a track on customers in progress.
Role & Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and Sales
- Understand client requirements and provide detailed information about pricing
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other sources
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Maintain a database of client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements Preferred candidate profile - Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or interest in the Digital Marketing industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging telephone manner
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships
Education And Experience - Intermediate Completed candidates can also apply
- 0-1 years of experience candidates with the Proven experience in telemarketing or tele calling, especially in the Digital Marketing industry, is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 8,000 - 10,000 per month
