Job description

• Monitor and maintain the health of network systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and manage firewall solutions, including Cisco ASA and PaloAlto Firewall.
• Configure and maintain VPN technologies, such as Remote VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, and Global Protect.
• Oversee and optimize F5 Load Balancer, including LTM and AFM Module.
• Work with cloud services, particularly in GCP (Cloud Network Services), VPC, Compute, and VPC peering.
• Enforce inbound security rules and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network enhancements and upgrades.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a NOC Engineer with a focus on network infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies, VPN, load balancers, and cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
