Urgent Hiring for Iata Trainer !!!!!!

Location :- Airport road, andheri (Mumbai )

Job description:

-Â Â Developing industry based curriculum for internal courses

-Â Researching industry trends and updating team and content curriculum

-Â Ongoing updating of training content, lecture decks and creating assessments

-Â Planning & Maintaining training content and distribution

-Â Preparing Training Schedule and online training links

- Providing Training to Students & Co- Trainers on various products

-Â Preparing Reports

- Working closely with students to improvise their communication & presentations skills and make them Interview ready by conducting Mock interviews and Presentations

-  Maintaining Attendance records of students and closely monitor the same.

Requirements:

- Conducted IATA trainingÂ

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents.

-Â Â Strong listening and presentation skills

-Â Â Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

-Â Â Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

-Â Â Must have Sound judgment

-Â Â Prior Training / Teaching Experience is a must

Qualification:

-Â Â Post Graduate or Graduate

-Â Â IATA or equivalent Travel Qualification would be an added advantage

Â

Experience:Â 1 - 5 years
