Team Lead

This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role located in Mohali district. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of political consultants and researchers, overseeing the daily operations of the team, coordinating with clients, and developing strategies and solutions to help clients achieve their political goals.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and lead a team
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in political consulting and management
• Ability to develop and execute political strategies and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field
• Experience in the Indian political landscape is a plus
