Role Description

This is a full time Telesales Executive role located on-site in Kochi. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing deals through outbound calls. You will also work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and sales closing techniques
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Experience in the BFSI industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
