Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Baramati. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with payroll, including payroll administration, garnishments, payroll services, payroll taxes, and payroll processing.
Qualifications
- Experience in payroll administration and processing
- Manage end to end. Process for employees ensuring accuracy and compliances
- Calculate and process salary adjustment bones Other payroll transactions
- Maintain an update employer records in payroll system
- Address and result payroll discretions and issues
- Generate and distribute payroll reports as required
- Ensure compliances with labor laws tax regulation and company policies
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance retirement plans, assist employees with their benefit related inquiries and ensure insurance timely enrollments and terminations
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll matters and policy change
- Collaborate with hr and finance dignity implement and update payroll related policies
- Resolve payroll related issue inquiries in timely and professional manner
- Utilise HRI s and other systems to streamlinepayroll process and enhance data. Accuracy
- Knowledge of payroll taxes and garnishments
- Experience with payroll services
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with payroll software
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
