About the Team
We, in the Credit Analysis team, are currently seeking for highly motivated Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. Your role will be to identify risk worth taking while steering away from risk that could destabilize Corporate Solutions. About the Role
In this role, you will work with colleagues in diverse functions including underwriting, risk management and legal. In addition to the day-to-day tasks, you will contribute to activities linked to the elaboration and implementation of the strategy of Corporate Solution.

You will be a key member of the team responsible for:
- Professional and profound credit risk /rating assessment and financial analysis of a diverse set of insurance entities and Group structures.
- Support the Credit Portfolio Management team in maintaining and constantly improving the Insurance Counterparty Credit Risk monitoring framework for Corporate Solutions business
- Analyze insurance credit risk exposure stemming from our international business, captives fronting and other outwards reinsurance business
- Closely monitor capacity limits usage and handle requests to adjust them over time
- Day-to-day management reporting of key risks and trends to senior management
- Accurate and timely reporting of all Corporate Solutions insurance credit exposures for International Programs, Structured Fronting and Innovative Risk Solutions business
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Contribution towards shaping up data and technology driven transformation and solve business problems using cutting-edge technology to ensure profitable business and foster growth ambitions.
- Initiate and participate in projects to improve efficiency of credit steering (including data quality and portfolio analysis)
About You
- Minimum 4 years experience in a credit risk management function, ideally with insurance credit analysis or other experience in the Captive or Reinsurance industry
- Strong credit risk assessment skills with focus on global markets. Ability to go 'beyond the financials' in enriching the credit analysis with most current economic, industry and market sentiments.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Prior experience in risk analytics is a plus
- Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
- You thrive in a dynamic team and enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from others
- Strong academic background with a relevant post graduate degree and/or MBA / CFA / CA
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) a must German or other European languages desirable
- Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) skills on advanced level
