Job Overview
Role: Sr. D&T Analyst - Supply Chain
Location: Mumbai
As the Pet segment for General Mills, Blue Buffalo's ambitious growth objectives are connected to an equally ambitious technology and innovation roadmap. If you want to play a key role in the delivery of this roadmap, we have an immediate need for a professional with D&T Supply Chain experience, and particular expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP PP, Procure to Pay processes, and systems integration. This person is passionate about their work and wants to see the immediate impact of their efforts.
The Sr. Solution Analyst will play an integral part in formulating and delivering solutions and operational enhancements, working directly with various business partners, D&T leadership and external service providers to deliver value to our business.

This team partners with our Pet segment Sourcing business partners to provide consultation & deliver robust technical solutions:

We leverage tools like SAP, Coupa, and MRO/Plant maintenance systems in support of the Sourcing org. Our goal is to have the right mix of legacy and new age tools, creating a faster path to activating GMI's Digital Supply Chain goal. Below are the key objectives for this role.

. Run, Operate & Transform Supply Chain - Sourcing Systems viz. SAP MM, Coupa, MC
. Provide Technical consult on systems supporting our Pet Sourcing business processes.
. Champion/shepherd for all things within Pet Sourcing (inclusive of data, process, & enhancements)


Role Responsibilities
. Learn Pet Supply Chain business processes, deep dive into Pet Sourcing Business
. Serve as the technical SME on technology for GMI and Pet Supply Chain teams, uncovering key business questions and providing analysis, insights, and solutions to answer them.
. Gather project requirements from internal business clients/users identify and eliminate gaps via partnership with D&T architects/developers translate requirements into technical documents create and execute test scripts and communicate throughout the entire development process.
. Apply knowledge of Sourcing processes to design, build, optimize and support solutions in the areas of materials management, systems integration, accounts payable, workflow, inventory and quality management.
. Partner in developing new capabilities that leverage the Cloud.
. Proactive learning mindset with a passion to increase skills in SAP ERP S/4 HANA in future
. Use external perspective and internal relationships to improve how we work and what we deliver - keep abreast of what is happening within the Digital supply chain space.

Required Skills and experience
. 10+ years of strong technical experience of which 8+ years as SAP Consultant/Analyst.
. Expertise in Procure to Pay business process including supplier management, accounts payable, and quality notifications.
. Experience leading & driving projects/teams independently to completion plus stabilization.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills
. Solution oriented mindset with strong problem-solving/analytical skills
. A strong sense of accountability, ownership and pride in work performed with an eye towards continuous improvement.
. Willingness to dig deep to problem shoot issues and support the business when issues arise.
. Full time Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science/electronics, business, or any equivalent relevant discipline is preferred.

. Min 1+ years' experience with SAP S/4 HANA
. Hand-on Experience with SAP configuration and master data
. Strong stakeholder management skills including leadership & vendors.
. Mentoring & coaching other team members
