Proven experience as a Product Owner or a similar role with a strong focus on customer vision, preferably in the Over-the-Top (OTT) industry
Excellent customer interaction and relationship building skills
Deep understanding of OTT platforms, streaming technologies, and user engagement strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience with product management tools, user story mapping, and backlog management platforms
Ability to balance technical considerations, business goals, and user needs in product decision-making
Arabic language proficiency is a must
Prior experience working in media, entertainment, or digital content industries would be a plus
Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to understand their requirements, preferences, pain points and translate them into actionable product features
Create and maintain customer driven backlog ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development teams, designers, marketers, and content creators, to gather requirements and refine product features
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on customer feedback to maximize value, considering customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Communicate progress, updates, and changes to stakeholders
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions and stay ahead of market demands
