HR Executive (Pink Pearl - A Unit of Chokhi Dhani Group)
About Pink Pearl Pink Pearl, a unit of the renowned Chokhi Dhani Group, offers a thrilling water park experience with state-of-the-art facilities and a vibrant atmosphere. It also encompasses Pink Pearl Hotel, and Chokha Punjab, a cultural destination celebrating Punjabi heritage. We're looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team and play a vital role in attracting, retaining, and developing our talented workforce. Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process for Pink Pearl hotel and Water Park, and Chokha Punjab, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. Onboard new hires across all entities, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and company culture. Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge specific to each establishment (Pink Pearl's water park operations, Pink Pearl hospitality services, and Chokha Punjab's cultural offerings). Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations across all entities. Handle employee relations for Pink Pearl, Pink Pearl hotel, and Chokha Punjab, resolving issues and grievances in a professional and timely manner. Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure smooth functioning of payroll processes across all entities. Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee well-being and motivation across Pink Pearl, hotel, and Chokha Punjab. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, particularly within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Mandatory Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, within the hotel industry. Desired Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels across diverse work environments (water park, hotels, cultural centre). Proficient in HR software and tools (a plus). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Passion for creating a positive and productive work environment.
