Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team at A2z YOUTHSOLUTION. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of the edtech industry
• Experience in B2C lead generation
• Proficiency in English
• Presentable and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients within the target market
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email marketing, and social media
• Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
• Monitor and report on lead generation activities and outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with leads
