Job Description Enterprise Business Services is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, Associate Digital Experience Walmart Global Tech India is focused on deploying Enterprise solutions across all our global business markets. The team delivers solutions across various domains like Finance, People, Real Estate, Indirect Spend Management, Manufacturing and Retail.The charter for the Global Business Services team is to deliver on the goal of Everyday Low Cost (EDLC) by driving efficiency in all the back-office processes, through technology. Combining Technologists with Business Analysts and data experts, we build and deploy solutions that support billions of transactions every month.
What will you do: You will be part of a global engineering team set up that caters to several businesses across the globe at Walmart. The team leverages/implements standard modules as well as builds custom developments that integrate with several systems meant for People related solutions. Your code / solutions could potentially enable millions of users achieve efficiency in their day-to-day processes and thus enable massive cost savings for Walmart. As a part of the team that works on SAP implementations for multiple Walmart markets you will have a significant impact on Walmart's Global Business Services. You will partner with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and deliver successfully across projects.
Your Responsibility shall include
Job Description Searching for a highly competent and experienced SAP MDG (Financials/Business Partner(BP)) candidate who has exceptional skills and experience in working on large upgrades and the ability to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced. Ideal candidate should have a proven ability to provide Functional/Technical direction for complex SAP MDG (F) issues and can collaborate with the business and developers and execute on agreed timelines. At least 6 plus years of total MDG experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for process design, configuration, assistance with testing, requirements gathering and ultimately setup a fully functional development, test, and production environment to delivery MDG (Financials/Business Partner(BP)).
- Gather requirements and ultimately setup a fully functional development, test, and production environment to deliver MDG Financials/Business Partner(BP) scope to the client.
- Create an Integration test Plan with for MDG + Data Services Information Steward and SAP ECC/S4 backend.
- Responsible for process design, configuration, and assistance with testing
- Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements.
- Prepare the Business blueprint/architecture document as per the requirement.
- Prepare the functional specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines.
- Create configuration documents and training documents.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.
- To be successful, you will have the below experience:
- Experience in Integrating business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance.
- Expert knowledge in activation and configuration of the MDG modules & components.
- SAP ERP logistics knowledge (SAP modules SD or MM), especially master data is required.
- Support the local and global community, in developing functional designs, making configuration changes, developing code and testing SAP application developments.
- Gather requirements and ultimately setup a fully functional development, test, and production environment to deliver MDG Financials/Business Partner(BP) scope to the client.

Your Qualifications Shall Include - MBA or equivalent post graduation with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification.
- 8-12 yrs of overall experience.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Procurement (Treasury, AP & AR , SAP MDG, Procurement)
- 2 to 3 implementations in SAP Procurement
- Experience with minimum of 1-2 full cycle implementations of SAP MDG (BP)
- Good understanding of Financial Processes
- Strong in MDG Functional skills.
- Experience in Integrating business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance.
- Expert knowledge in activation and configuration of the MDG modules & components.
- SAP ERP logistics knowledge (SAP modules SD or MM), especially master data is required.
- Worked on at least 1 MDG Business Partner implementation project
- Experienced in –
- Master Data components including Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, BOMs and Routings
- Extensive experience with FI/CO integration with other process modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM).
