Requirements Educational Qualification : B.Tech /MBA 5 to 8 Years of experience Product innovation and development track record. Project management skills. Understanding of the marketplace. Leadership and team management. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Organizational, planning, and documentation skills. Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously. Experience drafting Product and Market Requirements Documents. Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams. Knowledge and familiarity with warehouse functions is a must. Knowledge of WMS/WES (Warehouse management system/Warehouse Execution system) is a must. Hands-on experience of using WMS applications such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP, other similar applications etc is preferred

Job Responsibilities Developing our service and product portfolio as well as promoting and selling our products to end-customer. Drive end to end WMS/WES software product development. Develops products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction. Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas and/or products. Support customers and the organization with expert knowledge in selected product areas and work with the pricing of products and services. Drive business development for new sales areas. Obtains product market share by working with the sales team to develop product sales strategies. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses and answering questions and requests. Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production. Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, and costing special and customized orders. Works with marketing and sales departments to ensure product success and market growth.
