Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a leading luxury resort chain in Munnar. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Munnar, Kerala, India, with a seniority level of 7 to 10 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills - Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage all food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff training, and customer service
- Ensure the highest quality of food and beverages are served to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the dining experience
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional service standards
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the department
- Keep updated with industry trends and new technologies in the food and beverage industry
