Job description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, creating and implementing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and will collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote our products and services.

Qualifications Proven experience as a successful sales representative or sales manager, preferably in real estate or related industries Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including lead generation, qualification, objection handling, and closing Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships Effective time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Excellent command of written and spoken English and Hindi
