Job description

FinLender is hiring for Client Relationship Associate- Debt Syndication.

Salary offered- Upto 3.6LPA

Responsibilities

• Support clients in financial due diligence processes during fundraising activities.
• Able to work on Debt Syndication/Structured/Special opportunity Financing proposals.
• Should have a good knowledge of distressed account financing.
• Able to create investor teasers.
• Analyze and prepare generic industry, market, and specific company overviews.
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on fundraising.
• Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure 'high client satisfaction'.
• Engagement with clients independently on calls and emails.
• Supporting due diligence processes including client preparation and lenders Q&A.
• Handling team in the end-to-end deal execution.
• Supporting team in onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

• 0.6 to 2 years of relevant experience and with good academic background.
• Demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and Communication skills.
