KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to our innovative startup. Develop, and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture. Manage employee relations, providing guidance on company HR policies, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Design and execute effective onboarding programs, facilitating the seamless integration of new team members. Oversee performance management systems, mentorship initiatives, and professional development opportunities for our growing team. Collaborate with the leadership team to understand organizational needs and strategically plan for workforce expansion. Stay abreast of industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance HR policies.

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of progressive experience in HR roles, focusing on recruitment and team relationships. Proven experience in a proactive HR role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels. Strong recruitment expertise, including innovative sourcing techniques and a track record of successful hires. Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals. Has demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and fostering professional development. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
