Currently, Open is processing US$ 30 Billion in transactions annually, and onboards 100,000 new SMEs and startups every month We are hiring for Performance Engineer (PE) 4-6 yrs. Bangalore Office Responsibilities ●Responsible for developing and executing Performance test scripts, plans and strategy to ensure the delivery of quality software applications ●Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability. ●Thorough Understanding the non-functional requirements from business and infrastructure ●Responsible for Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work-Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management. ●Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour. ●Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications. ●Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problems in the application. ●Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis. ●Design Performance Test Scripts for enterprise applications based on Requirements ●Effectively collaborate with Development and Testing Teams for performance testing results Responsibilities Requirements ●Minimum 4-6 Years of extensive knowledge and experience in Performance Testing ●Expertise in understanding of End to End performance test process and experience ●Expertise and hands-on in Performance Testing tools using Jmeter. ●Expertise in Programming knowledge in Java ●In depth knowledge of REST API and Webservices performance testing ●Should have experience in develop both server side and UI side performance testing frameworks ●Experience to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products ●Experience with Continuous integration with Performance Testing. ●Should have experience as individual contributor in terms of testing and delivery ●Expertise in performing Performance Engineering & Performance Improvement activities using different Performance monitoring tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, App Dynamics ●Expertise with working in AWS/GCP/Azure based applications ●Excellent Soft Skills and problem solving Why Work at Open?●You will be part of the early tribe that is changing the way business banking rolls. ●Every atom of your work will impact the way millions of businesses are run. ●You will work with some of the brightest minds who will celebrate your quirks. ●You will find growth & fun to be two-way streets -how you thrive and the way you jive, in turn drives OpenJob tags
