Job description
Testing, Analysis & control the Quality of in raw materials i.e., Limestone Additives, fuels, raw meal & finished product clinker & cement to ensure the consistency of product. Chemical and physical testing of Cement, Calibration, and operation of XRF, Bomb calorimeter, Cross belt analyzer.
Ensure proper sampling, testing, and reporting of test results. Ensure product quality as per quality norms to ensure zero complaint. Liasioning with BIS and other regulatory bodies for statutory requirement.
Implement QMS, WCM related activities through involvement of team members of the section to improve productivity & Quality. Documentation related to ISO, BIS, WCM and safety.
Knowledge of Safety Standards, WCM, Compliance of all the quality parameters as per regulatory/marketing guidelines - Ensure efficient Lab Operation including QCX, Chemical & Physical Lab. Chemical testing of raw material and cement.
RMH equipment safety, RMH MIS preparation, Rail and Road raw material handling.
Operation & maintain the laboratory equipment
