Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Shall take a lead role in controlling optimizations of projects and divide responsibilities amongst team members.
- Shall coordinate with the main architect of the client and internal team to complete the work of optimization in the given time frame with desired optimization results.
- Shall prepare weekly progress reports of various teams of architectural, structural, and MEP and present cost savings achieved for the project undertaken.
- Visiting Project sites based on the priority schedule.
- Arrangement / Planning for Recourses (Manpower / Materials / Machines)
- Resolving Mechanical / Electrical issues in the project, by coordinating with the concerned Team members
- Primary responsibility will be to take complete ownership to drive the project planning exercise. Weekly Meeting, Tracking actual Vs planned. Also Procurement tracking.
- Preparation and take off from GFC, rate analysis, MS-Project / MSP and coordinate with respective Site Heads for Planning vs actual work progress, costing impact, management reporting, and monthly WIP presentations.
- Must be able to handle multiple retails showroom projects.
