Position Overview: We are seeking a Manual QA Tester with a keen eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is adept at juggling multiple projects with finesse. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the highest quality standards for our SaaS products through meticulous testing and continuous improvement of our testing practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test cases with precision. Stay abreast of product developments to ensure timely and effective testing. Critically evaluate the testing process and recommend improvements as needed. Ensure timely execution of test cases and maintain rigorous documentation. Identify and document bugs in JIRA with clear and concise descriptions. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a SaaS product environment. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in QA, preferably within a startup setting. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, generate insightful reports, and present findings effectively. A collaborative team player with proven conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with Usability testing will be considered an advantage. Exceptional command of both spoken and written English.
