Job description

To create document for business transaction ensuring legal compliance and interest of the
company.

Vetting, creating, modifying, and negotiating all kinds of documents to be executed by the
company.
Standardization of documents.
Maintain and prepare MIS of various documents created and classify based on utility and
product.

Key tasks:
- Regular interactions with business to understand their requirements
- Legal Review and Vetting of all agreements, documents, letters and alike to be entered into by
Company Services Sector (“FSS”) and sharing comments on the same
- Drafting of tailor-made documents for novel transactions basis the requirement indicated by
business
- Standardization of agreements pertaining to the core business of company FSS
- Devising or advising on new products/processes from a legal perspective
- Advising new documentation and compliances from legal perspective
- Negotiation calls with counterparties to discuss and agree upon the terms of the contract

-Initial structuring and aligning the draft agreements with our standard legal position and
negotiation with counterparties to persuade them to agree to our standard position is done by
the resource itself
-Any substantial deviation from our standard legal position needs to be run past the manager
-Any substantial changes in the legal process or existing legal templates or introduction of new
legal templates need to be referred to the Head of Department
