Job Title:- Assistant Manager Reconciliation and Recovery

Location : Mumbai

Experience :- 2-3 years

Salary :- As per market standards

Eligibility :

1.Graduate or Postgraduate (Any specialization)

2.3-4 years of experience in Operations, preferably Healthcare industry.

3.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

4.Immediate joiners will be given high preference

Key Responsibilities :

-Reconciliation with the Hospital

1.Keep a check on all discharge and admission processes for Mumbai region.

2. Made a process on how to discharge patients on the same day and on time.

3. Coordinating with the Doctors to fix the OT schedule of the patients.

4. Making sure of smooth functioning of cashless cases by ensuring timely sharing of pre-auth related

functions.

5. Oversight of day-to-day operations from the ground team related to Discharge and Admission

escalations.

6. On boarding and tie-ups with the corporate and private hospitals along with the clinics.
