Job description

We are looking for a client support and market research specialist to join our team and help us provide excellent service and insights to our customers. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to support customer decision-making. You will also assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and feedback regarding our products and services.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience in market research and customer support
• Knowledge of market research methods and tools
• Proficiency in using data analysis software and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Your main duties will include:

• Collecting and analyzing data on consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities
• Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations based on market research findings
• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Shift: Rotational & Day Shift too

Salary: 15k to 25k (As per your Interview & Experience)
