Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the human resources functions including, but not limited to, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and employee development. The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional individuals and departments to develop and implement HR policies, and will actively participate in the development and execution of programs and initiatives that support the company's objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager, preferably in a similar sized company. Experience in HR fundamentals, including recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering excellent customer service to all stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A keen sense of business acumen and understanding of the strategic importance of HR in achieving organizational objectives. Strong project management skills and experience with developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs. Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information, while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.Job tags
