Job Title: Partner - Executive Search

Location: Hyderabad(Remote)

Position Overview:

As a Global Executive Search Partner with 15 years of relevant experience, you will be instrumental in driving our firm's growth by cultivating and nurturing relationships with new clients while spearheading executive talent searches on a global scale. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of organizations by identifying and placing exceptional executive talent that aligns with our clients' strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand our client base, targeting Fortune 500 companies, hyper-growth startups, mid-market players, and other high-potential organizations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers, to understand their talent acquisition needs and position our firm as their trusted partner.

- Lead end-to-end executive search projects, from initial client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for both clients and candidates.

- Utilize your extensive network and industry expertise to identify, assess, and attract top executive talent from diverse backgrounds and geographies, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and best-in-class recruitment methodologies.

- Act as a brand ambassador for our firm, representing our values, ethos, and commitment to excellence in all interactions with clients, candidates, and industry partners.

 

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in executive search, with a proven track record of success in client acquisition and talent sourcing across global markets.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries, with the ability to tailor recruitment strategies to meet clients' unique needs.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering results in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
