Job description
1.Automotive OEM / Engineering Service Industry
2.Experience in Body Shop Production Planning (New projects or running car models)
3.Knowledge on Body Shop Assembly Sequence.
4.Product Knowledge and Process Knowledge in Body Shop
5.Knowledge in Bodyshop Joining Technology and equipment's used.
6.MTM standard and writing and documenting MTM along with process capture (Loading, handling, fitment )
BODYSHOP EQUIPMENTS, BODYSHOP PROCESS FLOW, PLANNING KNOWLEDGE,MTM analysis,Ergo and MTM methods,Time calculation of process like manipulator movement, part loading, part fitment, Bodyshop, Assembly shop process
