fostering idea exchange and growth assistance among members. Over time, we have
evolved into a thriving community comprising 5000+ brand founders, and 2000+ enablers.
Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role. The candidate will be responsible for creating partnerships, managing partner relationships, and developing and executing partnership strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential partners to help scale the D2C Insider community.
- Engage in negotiations to finalize mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain and manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure sustained collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in managing the partner relationship.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, adept at presenting to partners and stakeholders.
- Skilled in relationship building and maintenance with partners.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of all MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Community experience will be an add-on.
