Essential Job Functions - Engage in all technical aspects of building no-code/low-code products and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work with various teams on a ServiceNow-centric roadmap for no-code/low-code solutions.
- Employ an agile methodology appropriate to ServiceNow formation and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings and ensure the technical team follows recommended ServiceNow methodologies.
- Support of code reviews
- Provide input into coding best practices.
- Work closely with enterprise architects and business analysts to define user requirements.
- Participate with ServiceNow upgrades across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Proven and verifiable history of analysing business situations and working within a group environment to provide efficient and effective software solutions.
- Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production.
- Proven history of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery. This includes, but is not limited to development of project estimates, solution design review, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews.
- Proven experience implementing and customizing a web architected, n-tiered enterprise application, strong experience with SaaS applications
- Relational database expertise in relation to an enterprise software system (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of system design and development used within Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (REST, SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS)
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell and Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, PERL scripting, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integration using LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign-on and web services integrations.
- Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems with ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases, ITIL certifications a plus.
Qualifications: - Proven experience (5+ years) as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, etc.
- Certification in ServiceNow Administration, Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Project management experience, including familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
