Role :
Work closely with the Chief Business officer at Damensch on mission-critical projects
Work on setting up new initiatives/playbooks for key areas in e-commerce, spanning both growth (think Amazon marketing playbooks to be on par with the top 1%le globally, evaluating new performance channels for us to consider etc), profitability (think pricing framework review, optimizing WH costs by looking at inventory holding and distribution, RTO/return reduction etc) levers
Operationalize successful initiatives/playbooks working closely with the operating teams
