Experience Level: 2 to 15 years Location: Bangalore, India Skills: Working knowledge of Gas Turbine engine and its systems Understanding on Engineering Drawings Knowledge of Aerospace Material and manufacturing process Working knowledge of Aerospace Technical Publication (AMM, CRM, CMM, CIR, EM) along with ATA and Simplified Technical English Understanding of Parts classification and application Understanding of Troubleshooting methods Knowledge of EASA/FAA requirement related to Engine certification. Knowledge of CRM, Kanban, Maximo portal Good skill on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced excel skill desirable. Job Description: Analyzing and providing solution to Customers issues (Reactive/Proactive) Supporting Technical life reviews of the Critical parts Analyzing and reporting on-wing events Data analysis and cost management Leading technical discussions with Customer Engineering Specialists To generate Service experience report for Part/Engine Analyzing and reporting the engine/system/part reliability parameter Supporting work on FMECA/FMEA/DDIS etc. Managing updates on various customer portal like Kanban, CRM, Maximo etc. Weekly reporting of work outputs and technical review with Customer SPCsJob tags
