About The Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team in our Howrah office! You will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for our innovative SaaS product through outbound phone calls. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads using various prospecting techniques.
  • Conduct engaging and informative sales calls to present our SaaS product and its benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and challenges, and offer compelling solutions through our product.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and activities in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Continuously learn and improve your sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in tele sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
  • Knowledge of our industry and target market (a plus).

Location:

This is an on-site role based in our Howrah office. Regular in-office attendance is required.
