As the IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to students, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use technology tools and software.
Responsibilities:
Develop training curriculum and materials, including manuals, presentations.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees, both in-person and remotely.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
Freshers can also apply.
Strong knowledge of various technology tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, cloud computing, and cybersecurity is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
