This role is of a content writer in the Experience Design Team at Dr. Reddy's. This team works on designing delightful experiences for employees and customers. This role would report to the experience design lead at Dr. Reddy's. 

Key responsibilities

1. Ideate and create compelling content for the Dr. Reddy's website. The content should be SEO optimised in terms of structure. 

2. Understand the various businesses in great detail to be able to write about them on the company site

3. Write content for strategic communication initiatives for culture change 

4. Work with stakeholders from HR, Learning, corporate communication and digital in order to find ways in which content can be used to improve and simplify employee and customer experiences.

5. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices to ensure the relevance and competitiveness of our content.

7. Understand the pharma landscape to be able to contextualise the content across various communication collaterals. 

Skills Required:

Creative outlook and an eye for detail 

Excellent grammatical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual.

Excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications

: Education level - Graduate in Literature or functional English

Minimum 2 months - 4 years of work experience in content writing for websites and internal communication.
