We at Growder Technovations Pvt Ltd is hiring Back OFfice executive for our corporate office, Surat (Gujarat),
Job role : Back Office Executive (6 Mon.- 1 Yrs Exp)
Role & Responsibilities - Assist and provide adequate support to GM Sourcing & Operations in his daily tasks.
- Working on the policies, processes, SOPs to put the work systematically.
- To carry out efficient documentation and filing system.
- Managing office supplies and supervising documentation.
- Prepare and handle various MIS reports and reconcile them as and when required.
- Rectify any inconsistencies in database management.
- Assist the front office workers in keeping the office clean and tidy.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking, scheduling, and appointments for the team.
- Do market research, obtain and analyse research data.
- Print, send emails, and related tasks with internal teams shall be fundamental administrative tasks.
Desired Skills - The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- maintaining databases/MIS
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at a time
Qualification & Experience - Graduate
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration would be an advantage
