Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, account management, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will be located in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Account Management, and Customer Service Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem solving and analytical skills Comfortable using sales automation tools and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field Experience in the IT or technology industry is a plusJob tags
