Job Overview

We are seeking a Freelancer MS Office Certified Corporate Trainer to join our team at NeXjob.in, a leading IT Services and IT Consulting company in Gurgaon. As a Freelancer MS Office Certified Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training on MS Office to corporate clients. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certification in MS Office is mandatory
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, specializing in MS Office
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to customize training programs based on client requirements
• Good understanding of instructional design principles
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects
• Mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in corporate training
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to corporate clients
• Assess the training needs of clients and design customized training programs to meet their specific requirements
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to facilitate effective learning
• Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of MS Office features, functions, and best practices
• Conduct practical exercises and interactive activities to enhance participants' understanding and retention
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MS Office updates and advancements to ensure the delivery of relevant and current training
• Collaborate with team members and clients to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain training records, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation results
• Continuously enhance your own skills and knowledge in MS Office and instructional techniques
